Owned infrastructure for B2B brand operations.

The Frazier Group Inc. designs, owns, and runs the commercial infrastructure behind contracted B2B brand partnerships — lead acquisition, sales, pricing, CRM, compliance, and secure document delivery. End-to-end. Audited daily. One accountable operator instead of a stitched-together vendor stack.

What we operate

Six operational surfaces, run end-to-end.

Each capability below is infrastructure we own and operate ourselves. Nothing here is a third-party SaaS that we re-sell with our name on it.

Contracted B2B sales

Outsourced outside-sales coverage for wholesale and e-commerce brand partners. We carry the territory — prospecting, qualification, conversations, quotes, follow-through. The partner gets their own named login to the same system we work in, not a report we choose to send.

Lead acquisition

Multi-channel sourcing put through a paid verification API and tier scoring, with the master suppression list enforced in code at both queue time and dispatch time.

Pricing & catalog ops

Buyer pricing built from the supplier’s own price lists and invoices, held in a catalog we run ourselves. Per-SKU availability reflects what has actually been received into the warehouse, not what was ordered.

CRM & reconciliation

Internal CRM linking deal to purchase order to invoice to payment. Four independent records are reconciled against each other daily: the vendor purchase order, the warehouse receipt, the buyer’s order and the invoice. Drift surfaces the same day.

Send compliance

Defense-in-depth DNC + opt-in enforcement at queue time and at dispatch time. Per-recipient local-time floor on SMS. Suppression history retained per record.

Secure document delivery

Documents live in the counterparty’s own account, stored outside the public web root and readable only by a named, logged-in administrator. Every approval is attributed and audited. No public links to internal documents, ever.

How a partnership works

Four phases. Same playbook every time.

Scope call to first audited month. Every brand partner runs the same on-ramp.

PHASE 01

Scope

30-minute scope call. Map the partner’s catalog, target buyer profile, existing channels, and compliance constraints. Output: a written scope document, not a slide deck.

PHASE 02

Onboard

Catalog ingest into the pricing engine. Suppression-list sync. Audit of any prior lead lists for deliverability tier. Sender domain warm-up if a new sending identity is needed. Typically two to four weeks.

PHASE 03

Run

Outbound runs against opted-in cohorts only. Quotes route through pre-send audits (below-cost, stale-data, banned-phrase, date-freshness). POs ingest from buyer email, link to deals, reconcile against invoices daily.

PHASE 04

Report

A digest reaches the whole team each morning, and a live commission report showing what is owed, broken out by product and by order, is a page the partner can open whenever they want rather than wait on. Drift surfaces within 24 hours of any source-of-truth change.

Why this is different

Operational discipline B2B sales teams typically don’t carry.

One operator, not a stackSales, lead-gen, pricing, CRM, document delivery, and reconciliation all run on infrastructure we own.
Priced from the source documentsBuyer-facing prices come from the supplier’s own price lists and invoices, not from a resold data feed.
Compliance as a hard gateCAN-SPAM and TCPA enforced at queue time and at dispatch time. SMS per-recipient local-time floor.
Daily four-source driftThe vendor purchase order, the warehouse receipt, the buyer’s order and the invoice reconciled against each other daily. Drift alerts same day.
Pre-send audit gatesBelow-cost guard, stale-data block, date-freshness check, banned-phrase scan — before any send.
Account-gated documentsStored outside the public web root, readable only by a named administrator, every approval attributed. Never a public link.

The infrastructure underneath

Owned compute, not rented cloud.

Every surface above runs on infrastructure we own and operate in-house — an AI engine that does the sourcing, market analysis, pricing math, drafting, and reconciliation. No third-party cloud dependency for the work that touches partner data.

Where the work shows up.

The Frazier Group Inc. operates one client-facing brand, and that brand currently carries one named engagement. Additional operating units may launch as new partnerships are signed.

TFGI Marketing

The outbound B2B sales arm. Contracted sales representation for wholesale and e-commerce brand partners — the door buyers and brand partners come through. It also publishes The Wholesale Brief, a sourced market brief where every figure links to the organization that reported it.

Okie Dokie Distribution — the engagement

TFGI Marketing runs sales for Okie Dokie Distribution, a licensed wholesale distributor supplying retail storefronts, online sellers and marketplaces. The company is an Oklahoma LLC; we are its contracted commercial team, not its owner. Named here because a reader deciding whether to hand us their brand should be able to go and look at the work.

Brand partnerships and operational inquiries.

Engagements start with a 30-minute scope call. Active sales engagements run through our operating brand.
