PHASE 01

Scope

30-minute scope call. Map the partner’s catalog, target buyer profile, existing channels, and compliance constraints. Output: a written scope document, not a slide deck.

PHASE 02

Onboard

Catalog ingest into the pricing engine. Suppression-list sync. Audit of any prior lead lists for deliverability tier. Sender domain warm-up if a new sending identity is needed. Typically two to four weeks.

PHASE 03

Run

Outbound runs against opted-in cohorts only. Quotes route through pre-send audits (below-cost, stale-data, banned-phrase, date-freshness). POs ingest from buyer email, link to deals, reconcile against invoices daily.

PHASE 04

Report

Monthly partner statement reconciles revenue, paid invoices, retention metrics, and commission against the partner’s own ledger. Drift surfaces within 24 hours of any source-of-truth change.
